Preparation: The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography and conjugated with PE/Cy7 under optimal conditions. The solution is free of unconjugated PE/Cy7 and unconjugated antibody.
Concentration: 0.2 mg/ml
Storage & Handling: The antibody solution should be stored undiluted between 2°C and 8°C, and protected from prolonged exposure to light. Do not freeze.

Recommended Usage:

Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis. For flow cytometric staining, the suggested use of this reagent is ≤0.5 µg per million cells in 100 µl volume. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.

DO11.10 T-hybridoma cells were stained with TCR DO11.10 (clone KJ1-26) PE/Cy7 (filled histogram) or mouse IgG2a, κ PE/Cy7 isotype control (open histogram).



Description:

DO11.10 is specific for chicken ovalbumin (aa 323-339) in combination with I-Ad MHC class II complex. KJ1-26 was reported to block the antigen response of DO11.10 T cell hybridomas in vitro.
